Our flavored coffee is exclusively prepared to order. We use a base of fresh, medium-roast, Swiss Water Process Decaf Brazilian coffee. Is has excellent body and a smooth mouth-feel. Once you select a flavor, we add a water soluble flavor extract- think: similar to what hard candy is flavored with. The coffee and its extract are hand mixed in a container designated to that flavor until each bean is evenly coated. If you ordered whole-bean, your coffee is packaged at this point; or we will then grind it to your specifications.
