We've been roasting 100% Arabica coffee since 2004. Everything you see here is hand roasted in small batches by second generation roaster/owner, Kaitlyn. All coffees can be whole bean or ground to your specifications. Retail store and on site production space are located in Bethel, CT. Orders placed by 2:30 pm Tuesday - Friday will ship out within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday - Monday cannot be guaranteed to ship out before the following Tuesday (we are closed Sunday & Monday). Please allow *up to* 3-5 business days for coffee to arrive once shipped. Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days, but this cannot be guaranteed due to shipping delays related to Covid.
