Our decaffeinated coffees are water process coffees (no chemicals used). Most are from the Swiss Water Decaffeinating Company. The Kenyan is Royal Select water process (a wonderful addition to our coffee line).

New Decaf offerings:

Kenya Select Water Process Decaffeinated Coffee: In the Royal Select Water Process the green beans are immersed in filtered water in order to extract the caffeine. The water contains the soluble compounds found in the coffee beans, which helps to lock in the original flavor and promotes the high quality of the finished product. The caffeine is separated from the water through charcoal filters, which allow the flavor components to remain in the immersing tank. The result is a 99.9 % caffeine free & chemical free quality product.

Mexico SHG EP Udepom, Fair Trade, Swiss Water Decaf, grown 4800-5400 ft above sea level, from Sierra Madre region. medium body and acidity with hints of chocolate.

Our Regular Decaf offerings:

All or other Decaf offerings are from the Swiss Water Decafeinating Company. This process has proven to be a premium decaf coffee always providing a rich, full flavored cup pleasing the coffee lover without the after effects.

Green Coffee is available for purchase for our home roasting customers. All our coffee offered for retail is also for sale as green, in increments of one pound or more.

The cost of green will not be posted on this site but if you call the shop Bill (the owner and roaster) will quote the price, (it will be approxamately 65% of the retail roasted price but some times a little more. The green can be purchased in the store or shipped directly to you with an additional postage & handling fee.
